Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, we cannot offer you a full refund.
Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
